• Name and, optionally, a photo
• Written, voice, and video messages you choose to share
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full card details)
• Basic technical information (device/browser type, IP address) for security and fraud prevention

We use your information to operate the Utter Love service: to verify your identity, deliver your messages to the people you intend to reach, process payments, moderate content for safety, and communicate with you about your account via SMS or email.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, including your mobile phone number, to third parties for their marketing purposes. We share information only with the service providers who help us operate Utter Love (such as Twilio for SMS delivery, Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for secure data storage, and OpenAI for automated content moderation), and only as needed for them to perform those services.

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Utter Love related to account access (login codes) and collection notifications (invitations, reminders, and release notices). Message frequency varies based on your use of the service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. You are not enrolled in any marketing or promotional text program.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

Utter Love is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
