Terms of Service

Utter Love lets people (“Hosts”) collect heartfelt messages — written, voice, or video — from friends and family (“Contributors”) for someone special (“Recipients”), and release them at a meaningful moment.

Your phone number is your permanent identity on Utter Love. You are responsible for keeping access to your phone number secure, since it is used to verify your identity.

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Utter Love related to account access (login codes) and collection notifications (invitations, reminders, and release notices). Message frequency varies based on your use of the service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. You are not enrolled in any marketing or promotional text program.

You retain ownership of the messages you write, record, or upload. By submitting content, you grant Utter Love a license to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of delivering it as intended within the service.

All content submitted is subject to automated and manual review to help keep the platform safe. We reserve the right to block, remove, or decline to deliver content that violates these standards, including content that is abusive, threatening, or promotes self-harm or violence.

Certain features require a one-time payment, processed securely through Stripe. Fees are described at the time of purchase.

You agree not to use Utter Love to harass, threaten, or harm others, or to submit false or misleading information.

We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these terms.

Utter Love is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
